Jeffrey Abrams is a strategic advisor who has been a successful lawyer, mediator, business owner, non-profit executive, civic leader, and philanthropist for more than three decades. A Los Angeles native, Jeff is known for his deep relationships, active listening and radical candor, offering his valuable strategic guidance to a diverse range of stakeholders, including business leaders and entrepreneurs, elected officials and candidates, government and law enforcement officials, college and K-12 school administrators, and leaders of non-profit organizations and private charitable foundations.

Jeff is best known publicly as the Regional Director of the Anti-Defamation League in Los Angeles, where he significantly elevated ADL’s public profile and expanded its community partnerships. Under his leadership, ADL’s influence in policy advocacy, public safety, and civil rights initiatives expanded dramatically. As a spokesperson, he has testified before the LA County Board of Supervisors, the LA City Council, and the LA Police Commission, led press conferences and public forums, and appeared often on national media (including CNN, ABC, The New York Times and The Los Angeles Times) and local news outlets addressing issues of public safety and interfaith communal relations.

Before his tenure at ADL, Jeff worked as an attorney and mediator for more than 25 years, including co-founding and serving as managing partner of a leading reputation-protection law firm and mediating more than 500 state and federal litigated cases throughout Southern California. As a general counsel and advisor, Jeff not only helped companies grow and expand, he also frequently served as a crisis manager, from helping to protect the reputation of high-profile celebrities and public figures to assembling and leading teams to respond to complex, multi-forum state and federal regulatory investigations. He also has helped guide and shape California legislative strategies on a variety of issues, including privacy, immigration, education, and technology-related issues.

On the international stage, Jeff is a longtime trustee and board member of The Washington Institute for Near East Policy, a leading D.C.-based non-partisan think tank. Over the past two decades, he has participated in high-level delegations across the Middle East and Europe, engaging with royal family members, heads of state, and senior military and government officials in Dubai, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Morocco, Oman, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and the West Bank, as well as in England, France and with the European Union in Brussels. In June 2025, Jeff was honored with Technion University’s President’s Award for Exceptional Achievement at its International Board of Governors Meeting in Haifa, Israel.

Locally, Jeff is an engaged civic leader, serving as a past board member of Bet Tzedek Legal Services, the Jewish Federation of Los Angeles and Tuesday's Child. He is also a current trustee of the Samuel and Helene Soref Foundation and a Wexner Heritage Fellow.
